Introducing The Pickleback: our most pickle-loaded burger ever
We’ve done a lot of things to a burger over the years. This might be the most unhinged.
Meet The Pickleback, and consider yourself warned, because if you’re not a pickle person you should probably look away now.
For everyone still here: this is pickle taken to its logical extreme and then pushed about three steps past it. We started with a juicy Famous double cheeseburger and double American cheese, which would have been plenty on its own. We did not stop there. It’s dripping in dill pickle ranch, stacked with classic crunchy sliced pickles, and smothered in our pickle burger relish. Then come the crispy frickles, because a burger this committed needs deep-fried pickles inside it as well as on it. Add double streaky bacon for good measure. And because we genuinely do not do anything by halves, the whole thing is crowned with a whole deep-fried pickle sitting proudly on top.
It’s ridiculous. It’s also, and we say this with our chest, absolutely class.
We’ve been quietly putting it in front of people, and the verdict came back unanimous. 100% of everyone who’s tried The Pickleback so far has said “that’s a bit of me.” Every single one. We’re not sure we’ve ever had a clean sweep like it. Now it’s your turn to find out what all the fuss is about.
Here’s the catch, and there’s always a catch with the good ones.
The Pickleback is a limited edition, which is our polite way of saying it’s not here forever. It’s on the menu until the end of May and then it’s gone, off into burger legend, leaving you to tell people you were there. Don’t be the one who meant to go and never did.
