Role Purpose
As a Junior Sous Chef in one of our kitchens, you will need to be passionate and have an obsessive love for our food products. You must have the knowledge and skill to assist in creating our food to perfection. Our restaurants are busy, so you need to bring your A-game and be ready with your
culinary skills. You will need to be confident in assisting with the delivery of the best burgers, fries, and sides every single time.

Duties
Food Preparation and Cooking
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications and quality standards.
Support in Training and Development
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and new hires.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Maintaining Standards
• Uphold high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
Inventory and Stock Control
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages.
• Help manage stock rotation and minimise waste.
Customer Focus
• Strive to deliver excellent customer experiences through high-quality dishes.
• Be responsive to customer feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Communication
• Communicate effectively with all kitchen and front-of-house staff.
