Shipment processing time

All orders placed before midnight on Sunday are processed within 3–4 days to arrive by Thursday or Friday.

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once the box is dispatched, with a 2–4 hour delivery window.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We currently ship via UPS Standard with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 days at £5.95 per box.

We do not currently ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, shipments may take longer to be fulfilled.

Damages and returns

Famous At Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing the claim.

We do not offer returns. If you have any issues with your order please email support at helpme@famousathome.shop.

Customs, duties and taxes

Famous At Home is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We do not currently ship outside of mainland United Kingdom.
